Important Impossibilité d'accéder à l'espace d'administration

Bonjour, pardon si je me trompe de sujet...
Depuis quelques temps, impossibilité d'accéder à l'espace d'administration. Il semble que mon neveu ait voulu faire une modification "de sécurité" (pfff....) dans le htaccess.txt, mais il ne sait plus laquelle et je ne l'y connais pas assez pour la retrouver. Est-ce que le problème pourrait venir de là ?
Depuis, j'arrive directement sur la page ci-jointe. Je poste ci-dessous mon htaccess au cas où.
Je précise que je suis hébergé chez ovh, sous joomla 1.0. Oui je sais, ne riez pas, mais je ne suis pas prêt techniquement à migrer !
